Principal engineer Laurence Neuman has testified as an expert witness in approximately 200 trials in both State and Federal courts and given more than 500 depositions as an expert witness. Mr. Neuman holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and holds a Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Neuman is a licensed Civil and Traffic Engineer within the state of California.
